Rates below are Current 2025 rates.

Each person must wear a Shade Valley Camp wristband at all times. The $290 per person fee is the cost of the wristband.

RV sites with Full-Service or Limited Services will be pre-assigned and given a specific spot to park.

There is ample room to camp and you will not be overcrowded.

EXTRAS

Party Gazebo

Rent The Party Gazebo for the whole rally. Equipped with electric and water. $750 for entire rally.

Personal Portable Toilet

Is your campsite further away than you’d like to walk to the nearest bathroom? You can now rent your own personal portable toilet. $300 for entire rally.

Personal Picnic Table 

Enjoy your own personal picnic table for the duration of your stay. $50 for entire rally (not available to general tent campers)

 

SELF-CONTAINED CAMPER/RV (No Hookups)
No electric hookups at these sites.
$150 plus $290 per person for the entire Rally.
Sites in this section are not assigned. You can select an area where you would like to park in this section when you arrive.

FULL SERVICE RV SITE (Electric, Water, and Sewer)

Shade Valley offers over 400 full service RV sites set at 45 degrees from the road for ultra easy access. We offer larger RV sites than anyone!

Softail / Heritage    – Pull Through – 30 or 50 Amp:   $850 plus $290 per person for the entire Rally. 100′ x 50′
Softail / Heritage    – Back In – 30 or 50 Amp:            $725 plus $290 per person for the entire Rally. 100′ x 50′ 
Hugger/Sportster   – Back In – 30 or 50 Amp:            $700 plus $290 per person for entire Rally. 70′ x 50′ 
Softail Annex           – Back In – 30 or 50 Amp:            $700 plus $290 per person for entire Rally. 70′ x 30′
Meadows                  – Pull Through – 30 or 50 Amp:   $800 plus $290 per person for the entire Rally. 60′ X 25′ 

 

ELECTRIC & WATER RV SITE (no sewer) 
Lowrider – 30 or 50 amp: $600 plus $290 per person for entire Rally.

 

ELECTRIC ONLY RV SITE (no water & no sewer)
DC – 30 or 50 amp: $575 plus $290 per person for entire Rally.

 

TENTING SITES

TENT CAMPING (Non-electric, no water)
$290/person for entire Rally
You furnish the tent and pick your shaded camping spot. There is ample room to camp and you will not be overcrowded.

TENT SITES WITH ELECTRIC
CROOKED CREEK Tent Site  – $300 plus $290 per person for entire Rally. (Larger sites)
HORSESHOE Tent Site – $300 plus $290 per person for entire Rally

 

TENT SITES WITH ELECTRIC AND WATER
CABIN ROAD Tent Site – $350 plus $290 per person for entire Rally.

 

NO EXTRA CHARGE FOR VEHICLE OR most sized BIKE TRAILERS, (limited to a reasonable length).
PLUS SALES TAX OF 6.0%

CANCELLATION POLICY
This purchase is non-refundable for any reason and is redeemable for the current Sturgis Rally.  All products for sale are for pickup only.  No items will ship. No Rollovers or Refunds.
