Location & Dates
Shade Valley is open for the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally and special events only.
Our 2026 Rally Season: August 3 – August 17 (open for check-in from 7 AM, 8/3/26).
Important Policies
Age Policy: All guests must be 21 years of age or older. No exceptions.
Pet Policy: Leashed pets are welcome! Please clean up after them. Pets are not permitted in the bar, concert areas, restaurants, or rented cabins.
Open Flame Policy: Due to Meade County ordinances and wildfire risk, open flames and charcoal fires are strictly prohibited. Propane grills, cookstoves, and propane fire pits are encouraged and allowed.
CANCELLATION POLICY: This purchase is non-refundable for any reason and is redeemable for the 2026 Sturgis Rally. All products for sale are for pickup only. No items will ship. No Rollovers or Refunds.

Acceptance Period: We accept USPS packages from July 25 – August 16, 2026.
Labeling: All packages MUST be clearly labeled with the camper’s name and package number (e.g., “1 of 2”).
Important Notes: We are not responsible for return shipping. Please make arrangements with UPS/FedEx directly. We do not ship internationally.
Directions to Shade Valley
We are located on Highway 34, 8 miles east of downtown Sturgis. Look for the bright lights!
From Sturgis (West/South): Take Lazelle St. east out of town (becomes Hwy 34). Travel ~8 miles. We are on the LEFT.
From the North (via Hwy 79): Turn left onto Hwy 34. Travel ~8 miles. We are on the LEFT.
From the East (I-90): Exit at New Underwood Rd. Travel north ~32 miles. Turn left onto Hwy 34. Travel west ~25 miles. We are on the RIGHT.
